of call for all support issues. A 'ticket number' will be issued to you
immediately for all correspondence.
Phone support is offered 24 hours from Monday to Sunday on +6010 331 6613. You must have already logged
your ticket in the helpdesk (see above) before using this option, as
no support is offered without a ticket number.
